SHIPPING/ORDERS & PAYMENT
The following terms supersede any previous terms and may be amended to suit the business operational needs.
Orchids' Scent endeavours to make listings as accurate as possible, however some items may be in short supply and may even be sold out.
Orders are preferred online, by website or email, but are also welcome by phone.
Orders must be placed and paid by 10 AM Monday AEST to guarantee making the following weeks mail out.
All prices include GST.
You can order from Orchid s Scent using the following methods:
-Shop online paying by Bank Transfer, Credit Card via Paypal or PayPal account.
-EBAY, certain special offers and everything that flowers are listed in our store on eBay
Please note: orders are sent out on a Monday or Tuesday when possible.
Visiting the nursery is not always possible. If wanting to do so, you need to contact us in advance to make an appointment. We may not always be available.
Orchid s Scent are extremely experienced at mail orders and welcomes this. Please advise of any special delivery requirements.
Postage costs includes packaging and handling. We try to keep costs as low as possible, by offering combined postage for all shipping.
All plants will be sent in their pot. This has been found to be the best method, with the least stress for the plants.
Postage is by Australia Post, unless prior arrangement has been made. If the customer prefers express post, then this will be at the customers expense and added to the total.
On all larger parcels we request signature on delivery, however if you will not be available to take delivery you can request a safe drop at or place of residence but Orchid s Scent will in no way be responsible for the security of your parcel once delivered.
Remote locations may incur an additional charge, and depending on locations or seasonal weather, the plants may need to be sent express.
We post to Qld, NSW, Vic, NT and SA on Mondays and to Qld and NSW on Tuesdays.
We are unable post to WA or Tasmania at this time due to restrictions.
We do not post outside of Australia.
Full payment is required before plants leave site and also within 7 days of placing an order, which includes local pickup. After this time, we may choose to cancel the order.
Accepted payment methods are cash on site, PayPal, most major credit cards or direct deposit.
As we have no control over consignments once they leave our Nursery, our liability is limited to the packing of plants.
All claims for damaged plants must be lodged with us within 7 days and returns are at the buyers expense.
